In Fortville, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Indiana, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open Open 24 hours. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Broadway Carwash at (317) 559-9260; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “do it yourself” car wash. Firstly the first TWO slots for car washing didn’t even accept my card, finally I find one that works and it’s on the end I’m think “okay this is where the chaos ends” no. NO SOAP, no foam, no nothing, it didn’t even beep when it got down to 1 minute, 13$ later and I still had to use a sponge to even try to get the bug guts off my front bumper because the water was doing absolutely nothing. I’m thinking “oh okay, that should be the worst part” I pull out after being robbed of 13$ for the worst car wash experience ever just to find out the damn vacuums aren’t even free, all I have to say is WTF. I absolutely don’t recommend going here, it’s just truly unfortunate that this was the closest one to me.

This place is straight up highway robbery. If you need a high pressure rinse this is your place bc that’s all I got. Great water pressure and that’s where it ends. I’d be embarrassed to own this place. No soap, no wax, and the brush barely even had water come out. Thanks now I just paid to have my car dirtied. Make that make sense. Stay clear!

Horrible. Foam brush didn’t work. Went to the other bay. Foam brush worked, but then when I went to the other side of my truck to scrub it, it lost pressure. The hose at the top had a tear in it. Overall, horrible experience. Horrible quality parts. Horrible equipment. Machine selector switched didn’t work. Won’t go back. Deserves -5 stars.

SUPER OVERPRICED Touchless carwash that is garbage. I work all over the states and this is the highest priced Touchless wash I’ve found. Do not make the mistake of stopping here. The machine can’t even rinse the soap off the car. I will dispute this charge with my card company.

Avoid, The 1st bay I pulled into wouldn’t take my card, so I went to a 2nd bay. It operated ok but had a MAJOR flaw (if you want your paint not to be scratched, see pic). I cannot believe the owner didn’t realize the hose coupling this a big fail. This deserves Zero stars.
